| Master Instructor of All Programs Owner of The Chinese Martial Arts Center Specializing in Northern Shaolin, Chang Chuan, Iron Palm Conditioning, Preying Mantis Kung Fu, Chinese Weaponry, Contemporary Wushu, T'ai Chi Ch'uan, etc. Sifu Dale started his martial arts training in Kenpo Karate at the age of 14. Spending 1 1/2 years training in Kenpo he soon found the art of Kung-Fu and has dedicated nearly 19 years of training in the many different empty hand and weapons styles of the Chinese Martial Arts. He also studies other Chinese Martial arts styles such as Yang style Taijiquan, Iron Palm Conditioning, 7-Star Preying Mantis, and Contemporary Wushu. Sifu Dale has trained under many Kung-Fu instructors over the years, including 9-years at the Shaolin San Kung Fu School and 3-years heading the adult programs at the Shaolin Wushu Kung Fu Institute located here in Delaware. He has received numerous awards and recognitions over the years. He was a national and international tournament competitor and competed in many events between 1993 - 1997 in empty hand and weapons competition and has been ranked within the top 3 competitors at these events. Sifu Dale brings with him years of teaching and competition experience, traditional training drills, conditioning methods, breaking and iron palm techniques, and empty-hand and weapons forms. He also has a strong background in Yang style Taijiquan, where he taught classes at many local health spas and organizations. |
