Si Hing
Ben Schofield

Sihing Ben was first introduced to Chinese martial arts in the fall of 2000. He spent three years studying both martial arts and acrobatics at his first Kung-fu school, and was promoted to Assistant Instructor as well as to the Demo Team in 2002. Sihing Ben immediately took interest in the acrobatics program, and quickly rose to the Advanced level before the program ended after 2 1/2 years.

In 2003 Sihing Ben took a brief hiatus from training, and left his first Kung-fu school. He eventually found his way to Middletown where Sifu Dale had recently formed the Chinese Martial Arts Center. After spending a few short months with Sifu Dale and many of his old Kung-fu brothers and sisters, Sihing Ben officially requested the "Sihing" title in April 2004 and was presented it one month later at the Intermediate Graduation.

Sihing Ben was presented with his Black Sash in December of 2004 by Sifu Dale McDine. He is honored to study and train with such outstanding instructors and students. Challenged with balancing law school, part-time pharmacy work and various social commitments, Sihing Ben nonetheless continues to train and to teach at the Chinese Martial Arts Center (loving every minute of it).
