Sifu Dale will attempt to perform an advanced Iron Palm Slap and only break the top and bottom bricks, leaving the middle brick unbroken

He draws up his energy and winds up for the slap!!!

He breaks only the top block and the bottom block, leaving only the middle block

He then kneels down and easily slaps through the remaining middle block
